Senior Overseas Education Counsellor - GERMANY

Destination Manager can be offered: depending on previous experience.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve targets for Leads, Applications, and student finalisations/confirmations – on an intake basis
• Achieve student interests and complete your target by intake and assigned in destination/s
• Provide professional and quality counselling sessions that exceed customer and client expectations.
• Support execution; destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
• Build strong client support by 100% compliance with all application processes.
• Be a productive and effective member of the office team; and support Office operations by exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit
• Effectively implement global priority projects at office/s

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Having completed a Bachelor's or equivalent degree/certification
• Minimum 3 years experience in education counselling for GERMANY and other European countries
• Visa filing knowledge for education in GERMANY and other European countries
• Well aware of public and private university applications and visa processes
• APS and VPD experience and knowledge is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of the destination and local education systems/university processes and requirements
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines/targets
• Visible orientation towards having high-quality and excellent counselling as an integral part of work ethics
• Good Computer skills including: Word & Excel
• Excellent sales and communication skills
• Strong problem-resolution skills
