Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive (BDE) Study Abroad is responsible for on-field B2B and B2C sales through tie-ups with academic institutions , lead generations, student acquisition through college and school visits, seminars, workshops, and education events, and for converting generated leads into successful study abroad enrolments. The role requires prior sales/marketing experience in overseas education/study abroad industry.

Field Work & Institutional Visits

  • Visit colleges, schools, and educational institutions to promote study abroad programs
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions for students
  • Coordinate with college/school authorities for event approvals
  • Participate in education fairs, expos, open houses, and promotional campaigns
  • Generate quality leads through seminars, referrals, and field activities
  • Ensure proper collection and validation of student data

Lead Follow-up & Conversion

  • Follow up with generated leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
  • Convert qualified leads into applications and enrollments
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to improve conversion ratios
  • Contribute to revenue growth through effective conversions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
