As a key player in our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and customer satisfaction.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to manage the schedules and routes of 15-20 drivers. The ideal candidate will excel in optimizing performance metrics and efficiency, maintaining clear communication with customers, drivers, and office personnel.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Driver Schedule Management: Oversee and adjust driver schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.</li></ul><ul><li>Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, drivers, and other office personnel, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordination: Collaborate with our &quot;city&quot; operation team to coordinate local pickups and deliveries.</li></ul><ul><li>Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve shipment and driver-related issues as they arise.</li></ul><ul><li>Administrative Tasks: Prioritize and manage incoming calls and emails, and accurately collect and document shipment details from drivers.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 1 year of truckload dispatching experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Reliability: Dependable with a professional demeanor, able to act calmly under pressure.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge: General geographical knowledge of Ohio and surrounding areas.</li></ul><ul><li>Technical Proficiency: Basic experience with data entry and Microsoft Outlook.</li></ul><ul><li>Communication: Excellent phone skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: $52,000 - $62,400, depending on qualifications and experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within the company.</li></ul><ul><li>Benefits Package:</li></ul>o	401(k) with 50% employer matcho	Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insuranceo	Paid Vacation and Holidays<ul><li>Work Environment: Join a supportive and friendly team that values collaboration and excellence.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:<ul><li>Dispatching: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Cincinnati, OH 45237 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Cincinnati, OH 45237: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
