 Production Planning Officer - Aircraft Engine
 
 for our client based in Dubai, UAE.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 The Production Planning Officer is responsible for orchestrating the entire production planning process in an aerospace/aviation context, ensuring efficient execution, timely delivery, and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role involves comprehensive planning, documentation, resource management, and performance analysis to optimize manufacturing operations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Production Planning &amp; Coordination:
 
 Develop, manage, and monitor daily production schedules, ensuring all work is packaged, segregated, and provided to production, with clear visibility of workload progress and material/resource status.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Documentation &amp; Compliance:
 
 Prepare and review workpacks for shop floor execution, customize technical documentation (e.g., task cards), and ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, airworthiness regulations, and industry standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Resource &amp; Workflow Management:
 
 Review technical documents to identify required tools, materials, and GSE; capture requirements in ERP systems (IFS or similar); attribute man-hours for tasks; and produce detailed man-hour estimates.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting:
 
 Update and publish daily progress reports, monitor open work orders for man-hour/material/work progress, and analyze maintenance data to deliver management insights.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; OR Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years in relevant roles, with at least 3 years in Production Planning or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge of aircraft/engine maintenance, workscoping, and job instruction authoring; proficiency in Technical Documentation and ERP systems; strong analytical skills for maintenance data analysis.
 </li>

 Technical Shop Support Officer
 
 one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai office.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze and synthesize technical information to ensure cost-effective solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in technical writing and documentation, including shop visit reports and engine release documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in manual revision reviews and Service Bulletin updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with maintenance planning, engine disassembly, inspection, assembly, and testing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regulatory &amp; Compliance Knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), Engineering Procedure Manuals (EPMs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance with airworthiness requirements and OEM standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in Technical Support or an equivalent role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge of engine maintenance, workscoping, and job instruction authoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Thorough understanding of OEM guidelines, Airworthiness regulations, and industry standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in reviewing, preparing, and approving workscopes, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Technical Documentation, including task card preparation and customization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ERP systems (IFS or similar) for task card management and shop floor planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting skills and experience coordinating with OEMs for technical support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of repair processes, tooling, and modification implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or higher) in Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
 </li>
 </ul>
