Job Title: Part-Time Administrative AssistantLocation: Hybrid role; candidates must be available to attend in-person meetings as needed.Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 12:00 PMCompensation: $18/hour (No benefits; part-time role)About the RoleTransitional Pain &amp; Specialty Group (TPSG) is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetings, ideal for someone with healthcare experience who can work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with data collection, tracking, and reporting across multiple facilities</li><li>Support provider credentialing and onboarding processes (collecting documents, tracking progress, follow-ups)</li><li>Monitor and manage email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain and update tracking systems (credentialing logs, census trackers, onboarding checklists)</li><li>Coordinate with providers and facility contacts to gather required information</li><li>Assist with scheduling, including meetings and onboarding timelines</li><li>Follow up on outstanding items and ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Support documentation tracking and compliance-related tasks</li><li>Assist with basic reporting for leadership (productivity, census, etc.)</li><li>Perform general administrative support tasks as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in a healthcare setting (required)</li><li>Experience with credentialing, onboarding, or administrative healthcare workflows strongly preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Experience with EMR systems (preferred but not required)</li><li>Familiarity with scheduling tools and shared platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, QGenda is a plus)</li></ul>Education<ul><li>High School Diploma required</li><li>Associate degree or higher preferred</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Highly dependable and proactive</li><li>Strong follow-through and accountability</li><li>Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset</li><li>Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment</li><li>Team player with a positive and professional attitude</li></ul>If you are interested in joining a growing healthcare team with opportunities for advancement, we encourage you to apply!Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekExperience:<ul><li>Healthcare Clerical: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Tampa, FL 33607 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tampa, FL 33607
