Transport US is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to join our Recruiting Division as a Recruiting Specialist. This role focuses primarily on driver recruiting and processing new driver onboarding paperwork. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational standards.This position reports directly to the Recruiting Manager and includes training in general safety functions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond promptly and professionally to new driver inquiries</li><li>Evaluate applicants to ensure compliance with DOT qualification standards</li><li>Schedule and coordinate new driver orientations</li><li>Process and manage new driver application and onboarding paperwork</li><li>Maintain organized driver files and accurately input information into driver management software</li><li>Assist with general safety and compliance activities as needed</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone, in-person, email, text, and social media)</li><li>Ability to build positive relationships with drivers and internal team members</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>Familiarity with Tenstreet driver recruiting software is a plus, but not required</li><li>Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Work Location: In person
