If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a multitasking setting, this is the perfect role for you to make an impact every day!Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage dispatching activities for freight and fleet movements using transportation management systems and GPS technology</li><li>Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams to schedule pickups and deop offs efficiently</li><li>Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools to optimize routing and transportation planning</li><li>Maintain accurate data entry in systems such as Pingo Transportation Management, passenger tracking and documentation</li><li>Communicate clearly with drivers and clients via multi-line phone systems, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and professional interaction</li><li>Monitor real-time vehicle locations using GPS to adjust routes as needed for delays or issues</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven customer service experience with transportation background preferred.</li><li>Strong analysis skills to interpret GPS data, GIS mapping, and supply chain information</li><li>Familiarity with dispatching, fleet management, and logistics processes</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally</li><li>Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records in systems l</li><li>Knowledge of transportation planning principles and shipping &amp; receiving procedures</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey where your dispatching expertise fuels our logistics success!
