Qualifications&middot; From one to two years of experience in Freight OTR office experience.&middot; Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.&middot; Experience with Transportation Management Systems, preferably McLeod Software.&middot; Experience with MS Office and computer literate required.&middot; Able to accurately calculate and negotiate rates. Solid grasp of numbers and margins.&middot; Must have the ability to deal effectively and tactfully on daily basis with company drivers and company customers.&middot; Ability to make decisions in a timely, effective and professional manner.Compensation&middot; Salary commensurate with experience.&middot; Experienced and in-depth support to guide you in your development.&middot; Weekly compensation with one week in to start.&middot; Annual paid vacations.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
