Full time Class A driver needed for local Grapevine Logistics Company. No over the road, no weekends - day time hours.Responsibilities: - Safely operate a variety of trucks, tractor and bobtail - Load and unload materials and equipment using forklifts and pallet jack - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and complianceSkills: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) - Proven 5 years experience as a Class A truck driver - Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner - Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasksThis is NOT a no touch freight position.We are looking for a person with a stable work history, no felony convictions can be considered.
