CDL Class A Driver 5 YRS Exp Req

Full time Class A driver needed for local Grapevine Logistics Company. No over the road, no weekends - day time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of trucks, tractor and bobtail
- Load and unload materials and equipment using forklifts and pallet jack
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and compliance

Skills:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Proven 5 years experience as a Class A truck driver
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks

This is NOT a no touch freight position.

We are looking for a person with a stable work history, no felony convictions can be considered. Must have a clean MVR and be able to pass a drug test and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
