 You will own and execute Hotel Superhero&rsquo;s digital marketing engine from paid acquisition and social presence to CRM-led lifecycle campaigns. This is a

 e, not a maintenance role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and execute
 
 performance marketing campaigns
 
 across:
 </li>
 <li>
 Google Search &amp; Display
 </li>
 <li>
 Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) Ads
 </li>
 <li>
 LinkedIn Ads (B2B lead generation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive
 
 lead acquisition, funnel optimisation, and CAC efficiency
 
 for a SaaS product
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage
 
 social media presence
 
 (organic + paid), including content planning and basic analytics
 </li>
 <li>
 Own
 
 CRM-driven campaigns
 
 using tools like
 
 Gupshup, CleverTap, or similar
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Email marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 WhatsApp campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead nurturing and re-engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with product, sales and leadership to align messaging and GTM execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Track, analyse, and report performance across channels with a bias toward action
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously test, iterate, and scale what works
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in digital marketing for a SaaS or tech-led business
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on expertise in Google SEM, Display, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical experience managing CRM tools and lifecycle campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-moving environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong execution mindset&mdash;you get things done, not just plan them
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven, curious, and willing to experiment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have
