We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can execute, experiment, and scalesomeone excited to build from zero to one.

Role Overview

You will own and execute Hotel Superhero’s digital marketing engine from paid acquisition and social presence to CRM-led lifecycle campaigns. This is a builder rol e, not a maintenance role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across:
• Google Search & Display
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• LinkedIn Ads (B2B lead generation)
• Drive lead acquisition, funnel optimisation, and CAC efficiency for a SaaS product
• Manage social media presence (organic + paid), including content planning and basic analytics
• Own CRM-driven campaigns using tools like Gupshup, CleverTap, or similar
• Email marketing
• WhatsApp campaigns
• Lead nurturing and re-engagement
• Work closely with product, sales and leadership to align messaging and GTM execution
• Track, analyse, and report performance across channels with a bias toward action
• Continuously test, iterate, and scale what works

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing for a SaaS or tech-led business
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google SEM, Display, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
• Practical experience managing CRM tools and lifecycle campaigns
• Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-moving environments
• Strong execution mindset—you get things done, not just plan them
• Data-driven, curious, and willing to experiment

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing to hotels, SMBs, or B2B customers
• Exposure to marketing automation, attribution, and analytics tools
• Startup or early-stage SaaS experience
