After-School Enrichment TeachersSeparate Positions AvailableTreeHouse Learning Academy is seeking passionate and responsible teachers to join our after-school enrichment program for elementary and middle grade students (K&ndash;8).Open Positions (Separate Classes)<ul><li>Chinese Mandarin Language Teacher</li><li>Drawing/ Painting/ Art Class Teacher</li><li>Abacus / Mental Math Class Teacher</li></ul>Each position is for a separate class. Applicants may apply for one or more positions depending on qualifications and availability.Student Age Group<ul><li>Elementary &amp; Middle Grade students (Grades K&ndash;8)</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>After-school hours (weekday afternoons)</li><li>Part-time positions</li><li>Schedule varies by class</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for your subject area</li><li>Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment</li><li>Support student academic growth, confidence, and participation</li><li>Communicate professionally with program staff and parents</li><li>Maintain classroom safety and organization</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with children in elementary or middle grades</li><li>Chinese Teacher: Fluent in Mandarin (speaking required; reading/writing preferred)</li><li>Art Teachers: Experience in drawing or painting (depending on position)</li><li>Abacus Teacher: Experience teaching abacus or mental math preferred</li><li>Patient, dependable, and enthusiastic</li><li>Background check required (California requirement)</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay, based on experience</li></ul>How to Apply Please send a brief introduction and resume to amysun@treehouse-academy.comWe look forward to welcoming educators who love teaching, inspire curiosity, and enjoy working with children!Job Type: Part-timePay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hourWork Location: In person
