Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while making a meaningful impact through your bilingual abilities.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Answer phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously</li><li>Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff and clients</li><li>Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure all documents are organized and accessible</li><li>Support office management activities including supply ordering, inventory tracking, and general administrative support</li><li>Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and clarity</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email in both languages</li><li>Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to computer systems or Google Workspace applications</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluency in English and Spanish language (bilingual proficiency required)</li><li>Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities</li><li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting</li><li>Knowledge of phone systems, front desk procedures, and phone etiquette</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant with a background in Social Services and Criminal Justice is a plus but not required</li><li>Ability to type quickly with high accuracy and perform proofreading tasks diligently</li><li>Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Join us as a Part-Time Bilingual Administrative Assistant if you&rsquo;re eager to bring energy to your workday, support our team&rsquo;s success, and grow your administrative expertise!Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hourWork Location: In person
