Team Trend is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to support our dispatch and planning team. This role works closely with our Administrator of Training, Safety &amp; Dispatch Support to help keep daily operations organized, on track, and running efficiently.</h3>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3>
<p>
Dispatch Support</p>
<ul><li>
<p>Support daily dispatch operations by monitoring routes and job progress</p>
</li><li>
<div>Communicate with crews throughout the day to assist with updates and questions</div>
</li><li>
<p>Help track delays, service issues, and schedule changes</p>
</li></ul>
<p>Customer Communication</p>
<ul><li>
<p>Handle inbound customer calls related to active jobs</p>
</li><li>
<div>Provide updates on timing, delays, and scheduling changes</div>
</li><li>
<p>Escalate complex issues as needed</p>
</li></ul>
<p>Documentation &amp; Tracking</p>
<ul><li>
<p>Ensure job documentation, photos, and notes are completed accurately</p>
</li><li>
<div>Track missing or incomplete information and follow up with crews</div>
</li><li>
<p>Maintain accurate updates in company systems</p>
</li></ul>
<p>Timekeeping &amp; Attendance Support</p>
<ul><li>
<p>Review daily time punches and flag any issues</p>
</li><li>
<div>Track attendance, callouts, and crew availability</div>
</li><li>
<p>Support accurate reporting for payroll and scheduling awareness</p>
</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3>
<ul><li>
<p>Spanish and English bilingual skills (strongly preferred)</p>
</li><li>
<div>Strong attention to detail and organization</div>
</li><li>
<div>Strong work planning, scheduling, and employee time management skills required</div>
</li><li>
<div>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</div>
</li><li>
<div>Clear communication and problem-solving skills</div>
</li><li>
<div>Comfortable working with systems, tracking tools, and operational platforms</div>
</li><li>
<p>Experience in admin, dispatch, logistics, or operations support is helpful</p>
