Team Trend is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to support our dispatch and planning team. This role works closely with our Administrator of Training, Safety & Dispatch Support to help keep daily operations organized, on track, and running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Dispatch Support

• Support daily dispatch operations by monitoring routes and job progress

• Communicate with crews throughout the day to assist with updates and questions

• Help track delays, service issues, and schedule changes

Customer Communication

• Handle inbound customer calls related to active jobs

• Provide updates on timing, delays, and scheduling changes

• Escalate complex issues as needed

Documentation & Tracking

• Ensure job documentation, photos, and notes are completed accurately

• Track missing or incomplete information and follow up with crews

• Maintain accurate updates in company systems

Timekeeping & Attendance Support

• Review daily time punches and flag any issues

• Track attendance, callouts, and crew availability

• Support accurate reporting for payroll and scheduling awareness

What We’re Looking For

• Spanish and English bilingual skills (strongly preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Strong work planning, scheduling, and employee time management skills required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with systems, tracking tools, and operational platforms

• Experience in admin, dispatch, logistics, or operations support is helpful
