Assistant Dispatch Officer

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations (experience in printing & packaging industry will be preferred).
  • Strong understanding of dispatch procedures, inventory handling, and delivery coordination.
  • Ability to manage delivery schedules, transport arrangements, and documentation efficiently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems / inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of stock control, invoicing, and dispatch records maintenance.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to deal with production, sales, and transport teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Preference for candidates having experience in factory/manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
