<div>We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate brings 2&ndash;7 years of relevant experience, a strong foundation in general accounting principles, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform day-to-day accounting function including financial data entry</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports using accounting software</li>
<li>Carry out written and oral instructions with limited supervision</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively across departments</li>
<li>Extreme attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance</li>
<li>Must be comfortable reaching out for guidance and clarification if needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting</li>
<li>Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Ajera, Deltek, QuickBooks, or similar)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative</li>
<li>Comfortable expressing urgency to complete important tasks</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working within a small-to-mid-sized company of approximately 40&ndash;50 employees</li>
<li>Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record required</li>
