Bookkeeper / Administrative Support Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate brings 2–7 years of relevant experience, a strong foundation in general accounting principles, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting function including financial data entry
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports using accounting software
  • Carry out written and oral instructions with limited supervision
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively across departments
  • Extreme attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Must be comfortable reaching out for guidance and clarification if needed

Qualifications

  • 2–7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Ajera, Deltek, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative
  • Comfortable expressing urgency to complete important tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working within a small-to-mid-sized company of approximately 40–50 employees
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record required
