Senior Paid Media Strategist at Creative AgencySan Antonio, TX or willing to relocate | Full-time | In-PersonAbout the Role:Tribu is looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist who lives and breathes performance marketing. This is a role for someone who knows how to run paid ads that don&rsquo;t just look good, but convert. You&rsquo;ll work with our media buyer and lead digital advertising strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, managing ad budgets, refining targeting, testing creatives, and proving ROI.You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our in-house Media Buyer to execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, managing ad budgets, analyzing data, and leading strategy across the funnel. While you&rsquo;ll also touch on other digital marketing areas, paid media will be your main focus.This is a great opportunity for someone with 3&ndash;5+ years of experience in performance marketing. Ideally, in a creative agency environment that thrives on fast-paced collaboration, creative problem-solving, and making data-driven decisions.Your Core Focus Areas<ul><li>Own the paid media strategy for multiple brands, driving results through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Pinterest.</li><li>Plan, build, and manage multi-platform ad campaigns from start to finish, including media plans, audience targeting, ad copy, creative briefs, and landing pages.</li><li>Work with our Media Buyer to execute campaigns, monitor pacing, and make real-time optimizations to maximize ROAS and conversions.</li><li>Lead campaign analysis, delivering reports with insights and next-step recommendations.</li><li>Manage ad budgets from $3K/month to $50K+ depending on the partner.</li><li>Strategize and implement conversion tracking, using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, and more.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities (20&ndash;30%)<ul><li>Support email marketing campaigns and automations (we use Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and more).</li><li>Partner with our SEO and content strategists for integrated performance marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and social teams to ensure paid and organic efforts are aligned.</li><li>Maintain documentation like campaign calendars, performance dashboards, creative briefs, and budget spreadsheets.</li></ul>You&rsquo;re a Great Fit If You:<ul><li>Have 3&ndash;5+ years of hands-on experience running PPC and paid social campaigns.</li><li>Have worked in a creative agency (preferred, but not required).</li><li>Are a data-driven marketer with a track record of improving performance metrics across campaigns.</li><li>Can confidently present insights and results to partners and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Write compelling ad copy and understand the power of messaging in performance campaigns.</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment where juggling multiple brands is the norm.</li><li>Have working knowledge of email, SEO, and content marketing, even if paid is your jam.</li></ul>Tools You&rsquo;ll Use:<ul><li>Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager / LinkedIn Ads / Pinterest Ads</li><li>Google Analytics / Tag Manager / Looker Studio (Data Studio)</li><li>HubSpot / Klaviyo / Mailchimp</li><li>CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)</li></ul>What It&rsquo;s Like at Tribu:We move fast.
