You should speak English fluently. You must be able to travel to one of our offices at least 2 times per year, however all other work is remote. A visit to one of our offices is required at the start of employment.You -&gt;<ul><li>Takes convention over configuration to heart.</li><li>Writes well organized code, emphasizing both readability and maintainability.</li><li>Has enough experience writing code in a professional environment that they can accurately estimate time and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Required Skills.<ul><li>Is well versed in Ruby on Rails backend software development.</li><li>Active Record</li><li>Polymorphic Associations</li><li>Has at least three years of development experience working inside of a company.</li></ul>Bonus skills.<ul><li>Experience ElasticSearch or any other Lucene based search platform like SOLR.</li><li>Written or contributed to public gems.</li><li>Experience using AWS tools like Elastic Beanstalk, S3, RDS, etc.</li><li>Experience working with caching systems like Redis.</li><li>Experience working on complex, large-scale projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $78,500.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
