We're on the lookout for Principal Consultants with Workday Adaptive Planning experience to join our dedicated Performance Management team. If you have a background in consulting or finance, coupled with expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and data analysis, you could be the perfect fit for this role. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Leading Analysis & Design process. This involves taking requirements, translating this into a functional design in Workday Adaptive Planning. </li> <li>Employing proven delivery methodology to achieve project success as agreed with customers; technical, functional and business outcomes of a project. </li> <li>Maintaining a high standard of professional communications. </li> <li>Developing and building the solution to the agreed design. </li> </ul> Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: <ul> <li>Interpretation of technical and business requirements to design the data driven solutions and implement these solutions. </li> <li>Communicate with stakeholders, business and technical project teams, infrastructure and operational support to ensure the role and responsibilities for the solution delivery and support are understood. </li> <li>Alignment of solution with tactical and strategic values and plans within the client organisation. </li> <li>Estimate and plan project deliverables and success criteria. </li> <li>Identify project Risks and Assumptions. </li> <li>Identify all potential change requests and work with designated Consultants/Project Manager on these variations. </li> <li>Participate in post implementation review and assume ownership of any actions. </li> </ul> Desired Skills and Experience <ul> <li>Greater than5years' experience in delivering financial models. </li> <li>Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights) Experience. </li> <li>Experience in developing driver based financial models. More specifically 3-way financial modelling with an understanding of accounting. </li> <li>A genuine talent for grasping complex business problems and engineering effective solutions. </li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li> <li>Minimum education level of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject - Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance & Accounting. </li> </ul> Highly regarded: <ul> <li>Experience in another planning tool such as IBM (TM1), Anaplan, or any other planning tool will be considered. </li> <li>Other financial modelling such as DCF. </li> <li>Previous work experience in FP&A, Management Accounting or Financial Consulting. </li> <li>Background in financial or supply chain roles </li> <li>Well developed skills/ability researching, designing and implementing customer solutions and programs. </li> <li>Strong relationship management. </li> <li>Ability to identify opportunities and taking action to help achieve business goals. </li> <li>Ability to identify process improvement opportunities. </li> <li>Team player with a professional, pro-active approach. </li> </ul> Why Tridant Our company offers a unique culture second to none; our ethos is that we are professional, but we make work an enjoyable experience.
