Role ObjectiveTo manage all legal, statutory, and compliance-related matters of the Trident Lifeline Group and ensure that the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws, minimizing legal risks and protecting organizational interests.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities :-1. Corporate &amp; Commercial Legal Work<ul><li>Drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, consultant contracts, etc.</li><li>Legal vetting of purchase orders, tenders, and commercial documents.</li><li>Advising management on legal implications of business decisions.</li></ul>2. Labor &amp; Employment Laws<ul><li>Handling legal matters related to labor laws, HR policies, disciplinary actions, terminations, probation cases, absconding cases, etc.</li><li>Drafting and reviewing appointment letters, HR policies, notices, warnings, and show-cause notices.</li><li>Coordinating with HR on employee disputes and compliance.</li></ul>3. Statutory &amp; Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Ensuring compliance with Factories Act, Shops &amp; Establishment Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Contract Labour Act, and other applicable laws.</li><li>Coordination with external consultants for factory licenses, renewals, and statutory filings.</li><li>Monitoring compliance for Pharma / Manufacturing / Corporate Laws.</li></ul>4. Litigation &amp; Legal Proceedings<ul><li>Managing all legal cases, notices, and court matters.</li><li>Liaising with advocates, lawyers, and legal consultants.</li><li>Preparing case briefs, replies, affidavits, and documentation.</li><li>Tracking case status and reporting to management.</li></ul>5. Risk Management &amp; Legal Advisory<ul><li>Identifying legal risks and suggesting preventive measures.</li><li>Conducting internal legal audits and compliance checks.</li><li>Supporting management during inspections, audits, and legal inquiries.</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Records<ul><li>Maintaining proper records of legal documents, contracts, case files, and statutory registers.</li><li>Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive legal information.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>LLB / LLM from a recognized university.</li><li>Registration with Bar Council (preferred but not mandatory for in-house role).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
