Experience Required: 1&ndash;2 Years Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking an HR Generalist with 1&ndash;2 years of experience who will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, including attendance management, manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR functions, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</li><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process</li><li>Coordinate interviews and joinings</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and employee record keeping</li><li>Attendance Management</li><li>Monitor and manage daily attendance records for all departments</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to verify attendance data</li><li>Maintain leave records and update HRMS (if applicable)</li><li>Manpower Handling</li><li>Monitor daily manpower strength and deployment</li><li>Coordinate with production/operations team to fulfill manpower requirements</li><li>Assist in workforce planning based on shift and workload</li><li>Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities and events</li><li>Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary</li><li>Assist in performance appraisals and feedback sessions</li><li>Payroll &amp; Compliance Support</li><li>Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing inputs</li><li>Ensure accuracy in attendance and leave data for payroll</li><li>Assist with PF, ESIC, and statutory documentation</li><li>Policy &amp; Documentation</li><li>Support implementation of HR policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain HR files, employee records, and HR documentation</li><li>Prepare HR reports as required by management</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup</li><li>Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination abilities</li><li>Basic proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
