Role Objective
To manage all legal, statutory, and compliance-related matters of the Trident Lifeline Group and ensure that the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws, minimizing legal risks and protecting organizational interests.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :-
1. Corporate & Commercial Legal Work
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, consultant contracts, etc.
- Legal vetting of purchase orders, tenders, and commercial documents.
- Advising management on legal implications of business decisions.
2. Labor & Employment Laws
- Handling legal matters related to labor laws, HR policies, disciplinary actions, terminations, probation cases, absconding cases, etc.
- Drafting and reviewing appointment letters, HR policies, notices, warnings, and show-cause notices.
- Coordinating with HR on employee disputes and compliance.
3. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensuring compliance with Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Contract Labour Act, and other applicable laws.
- Coordination with external consultants for factory licenses, renewals, and statutory filings.
- Monitoring compliance for Pharma / Manufacturing / Corporate Laws.
4. Litigation & Legal Proceedings
- Managing all legal cases, notices, and court matters.
- Liaising with advocates, lawyers, and legal consultants.
- Preparing case briefs, replies, affidavits, and documentation.
- Tracking case status and reporting to management.
5. Risk Management & Legal Advisory
- Identifying legal risks and suggesting preventive measures.
- Conducting internal legal audits and compliance checks.
- Supporting management during inspections, audits, and legal inquiries.
6. Documentation & Records
- Maintaining proper records of legal documents, contracts, case files, and statutory registers.
- Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
Required Qualifications
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Registration with Bar Council (preferred but not mandatory for in-house role).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
