Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide leadership and direction for all laboratory operations across multiple departments (Molecular, Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Toxicology).</li><li>Ensure full compliance with CLIA, COLA, and applicable state and federal regulatory requirements.</li><li>Oversee validation and implementation of new assays and instrumentation, including the toxicology program.</li><li>Review, interpret, and sign off on test results as required by regulation.</li><li>Manage and develop laboratory staff to maintain high standards of performance and competency.</li><li>Maintain and improve quality assurance, quality control, and proficiency testing programs.</li><li>Serve as primary contact during inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with clinicians, clients, and administrative teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
