Laboratory Director – Clinical & Molecular Testing Laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for all laboratory operations across multiple departments (Molecular, Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Toxicology).
• Ensure full compliance with CLIA, COLA, and applicable state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Oversee validation and implementation of new assays and instrumentation, including the toxicology program.
• Review, interpret, and sign off on test results as required by regulation.
• Manage and develop laboratory staff to maintain high standards of performance and competency.
• Maintain and improve quality assurance, quality control, and proficiency testing programs.
• Serve as primary contact during inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with clinicians, clients, and administrative teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
