Whether working in a lively nightclub setting or a refined fine dining environment, your positive attitude and culinary knowledge will shine through every interaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm.</li><li>Take accurate food and drink orders using Square POS systems ensuring timely delivery.</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.</li><li>Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering repeat business.</li><li>Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Utilize reservation systems like Table Agent to manage seating arrangements efficiently during peak hours.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Square POS systems; experience with Table Agent is a plus.</li><li>Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances your ability to serve confidently.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in sales techniques, upselling, and customer service excellence.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and inventory management with accuracy.
