Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Square POS systems ensuring timely delivery.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering repeat business.
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize reservation systems like Table Agent to manage seating arrangements efficiently during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of Square POS systems; experience with Table Agent is a plus.
• Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances your ability to serve confidently.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in sales techniques, upselling, and customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
