Server (Waiter / Waitress)

Job Summary

NAR is looking for friendly, professional Servers who are passionate about hospitality. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting guests throughout their dining experience, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to NAR service standards.
• Ensure orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner.
• Process guest payments accurately and professionally.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions confidently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverages, and daily specials.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, host, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Fluent English.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Fine dining or upscale casual dining experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
