Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing event activations, promotions, and branding projects. The role involves managing teams, vendors, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth on-ground operations and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and manage end-to-end operations for events, BTL promotions, and branding projects.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and promoters for smooth execution.</li><li>Manage manpower deployment, schedules, and daily activity reports.</li><li>Oversee production, fabrication, logistics, and on-site branding installations.</li><li>Track budgets, expenses, invoices, and vendor payments in coordination with accounts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with venue, mall, and municipal guidelines.</li><li>Handle troubleshooting and ensure quality control during execution.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in events, BTL activations, promotions, or branding operations.</li><li>Strong coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per project requirements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
