Event Manager - Operations

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing event activations, promotions, and branding projects. The role involves managing teams, vendors, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth on-ground operations and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end operations for events, BTL promotions, and branding projects.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and promoters for smooth execution.
• Manage manpower deployment, schedules, and daily activity reports.
• Oversee production, fabrication, logistics, and on-site branding installations.
• Track budgets, expenses, invoices, and vendor payments in coordination with accounts.
• Ensure compliance with venue, mall, and municipal guidelines.
• Handle troubleshooting and ensure quality control during execution.

Requirements:

• Experience in events, BTL activations, promotions, or branding operations.
• Strong coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
