Job Title: Front Desk cum Admin ExecutiveLocation: Goregaon (Head Office) Department: Administration Reports To: HR &amp; Admin HeadKey Responsibilities: Front Desk &amp; Guest Relations (30%)<ul><li>Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.</li><li>Attend to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.</li><li>Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.</li><li>Coordinate hospitality arrangements for meetings and guests.</li><li>Ensure the reception and meeting areas are well maintained.</li><li>Support internal events, celebrations, and meeting arrangements.</li></ul>Administration (70%)<ul><li>Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry inventory, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and office equipment servicing.</li><li>Handle petty cash, expense records, and reimbursements.</li><li>Coordinate travel bookings, hotel stays, and logistics for employees or guests.</li><li>Maintain and update administrative files, courier logs, and other records.</li><li>Support HR &amp; Admin in employee facility management (ID cards, attendance data, etc.).</li><li>Assist in vendor billing, AMC renewals, and document control.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (corporate preferred).</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Smart, well-groomed, organized, and service-oriented.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently.</li></ul>Salary:Up to &#8377;40,000 per month (Net, depending on experience and skills).Work Schedule:<ul><li>Location: Goregaon Office</li><li>Days: 6 days a week (Full-time, on-site) 2 Saturdays off in a month</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>This vacancy is for Females only, are you a woman?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
