   Respond promptly to client communications across phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions in line with SLA standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of documentation and service delivery.
  </li>
  <li>
   Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and partner activations to build new pipelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Deliver accurate information on license packages, pricing, timelines, and setup processes tailored to client needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare monthly performance reports covering leads, conversions, and targets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism, grooming standards, and business etiquette.
  </li>
  <li>
   Encourage client satisfaction and positive online reviews to strengthen the company&rsquo;s reputation.
  </li>
