Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage inbound sales inquiries across multiple channels (calls, emails, chat, walk-ins, referrals, events).
  • Provide consultative guidance on company formation, licensing options, visa eligibility, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Qualify leads, address objections, and close deals efficiently to maintain high conversion rates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and accurate CRM (Zoho) updates on lead status, actions, and client notes.
  • Respond promptly to client communications across phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions in line with SLA standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of documentation and service delivery.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and partner activations to build new pipelines.
  • Deliver accurate information on license packages, pricing, timelines, and setup processes tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports covering leads, conversions, and targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism, grooming standards, and business etiquette.
  • Encourage client satisfaction and positive online reviews to strengthen the company’s reputation.
