Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and support the execution of PEB projects in line with approved schedules and specifications.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments (Design, Purchase, and Site Execution) to ensure project requirements are met.</li><li>Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and support the Project Manager in resolving issues proactively.</li><li>Prepare and maintain project documentation &mdash; including schedules, progress reports, material status, and site updates.</li><li>Monitor and follow up on material dispatches, fabrication, and erection activities.</li><li>Assist in ensuring safety, quality, and cost compliance throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Maintain project correspondence and communicate key updates to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Support the preparation of project MIS reports and dashboards for management review.</li><li>Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements between sites and head office.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong coordination and communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Basic understanding of PEB structure components (primary, secondary, sheeting, accessories, etc.).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedules.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of experience in project coordination within the PEB / steel construction / industrial building domain.</li><li>Experience in handling multi-site projects will be an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
