Job Description:
Trilok Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Purchase / Dispatch Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in procurement, vendor coordination, dispatch operations, and logistics management, particularly within the PEB and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure PEB, fabrication, steel, and construction materials
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and timely delivery
• Negotiate costs and terms to ensure optimal procurement efficiency
• Manage dispatch activities and logistics across multiple project sites
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure smooth coordination between purchase, stores, and site teams
• Maintain procurement and dispatch records in ERP systems
• Prepare reports and track data using MS Excel

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in purchase and dispatch operations
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of PEB structures, fabrication, and steel materials
• Experience in handling logistics and dispatch coordination
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Ability to manage inventory and stock effectively
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
