Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per sales forecast and customer orders.</li><li>Monitor production schedules and adjust plans based on machine availability and material status.</li><li>Coordinate with purchase, stores, quality, and production departments for smooth operations.</li><li>Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, and manpower as per production requirements.</li><li>Track production performance and minimize downtime and delays.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of production reports, work orders, and planning data.</li><li>Analyze capacity utilization and suggest process improvements.</li><li>Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum wastage and cost control.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, Kaizen, and 5S.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of production planning and control (PPC).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/MRP systems.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication abilities.</li><li>Time management and multitasking skills.</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory control.</li></ul>Educational Qualification<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;6years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations (as per company requirement).</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>On-time production delivery</li><li>Material availability</li><li>Capacity utilization</li><li>Wastage control</li><li>Production efficiency</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
