At our workplace,you&rsquo;ll find dedicated colleagues who value teamwork and mutual support.Join us and be part of a workplace where your contributions matter, and every voice isheard, and where our mindset is &ldquo;Together, we act&rdquo;.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement &amp; Product Development<ul><li>Collaborate with Brand Coordinators in Denmark on product development initiatives.</li><li>Create and manage product queries in the internal query system.</li><li>Prepare quotations and present competitive offers to Brand Coordinators, ensuring accuracy in pricing details.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end workflow from order placement to delivery, including sample approvals, pricing, delivery terms, and quantity negotiations.</li><li>Visit new and existing suppliers to strengthen partnerships and ensure performance.</li><li>Conduct quality control checks at suppliers or in our warehouse to ensure compliance with standards.</li><li>Attend industry fairs in Istanbul to identify potential suppliers and new product opportunities.</li></ul>Customer &amp; Project Follow-up<ul><li>Follow up on customer sales together with the Customer Support team, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.</li></ul>Skills, Competencies &amp; Experience Required<ul><li>Product knowledge within the packaging industry is an advantage.</li><li>Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to secure competitive terms.</li><li>Excellent planning and organizational skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.</li><li>Ambitious, courageous, and resilient in handling challenging tasks.</li><li>Result- and solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Prior experience sourcing for European customers is a plus.</li><li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.</li><li>Written and spoken fluency in English is required; Turkish proficiency is essential.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or related fields.</li><li>University degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital platforms used in sourcing and merchandising.</li><li>Suitability for working in Ba&#351;ak&#351;ehir / &#304;stanbul.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
