Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Product Development

• Collaborate with Brand Coordinators in Denmark on product development initiatives.
• Create and manage product queries in the internal query system.
• Prepare quotations and present competitive offers to Brand Coordinators, ensuring accuracy in pricing details.
• Manage the end-to-end workflow from order placement to delivery, including sample approvals, pricing, delivery terms, and quantity negotiations.
• Visit new and existing suppliers to strengthen partnerships and ensure performance.
• Conduct quality control checks at suppliers or in our warehouse to ensure compliance with standards.
• Attend industry fairs in Istanbul to identify potential suppliers and new product opportunities.

Customer & Project Follow-up

• Follow up on customer sales together with the Customer Support team, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.

Skills, Competencies & Experience Required

• Product knowledge within the packaging industry is an advantage.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to secure competitive terms.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Ambitious, courageous, and resilient in handling challenging tasks.
• Result- and solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior experience sourcing for European customers is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.
• Written and spoken fluency in English is required; Turkish proficiency is essential.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or related fields.
• University degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital platforms used in sourcing and merchandising.
• Suitability for working in Başakşehir / İstanbul.
