E-Procurement Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end e-auction processes effectively
• Analyze quotations collected by procurement teams and define appropriate e-auction strategies
• Establish and maintain effective communication with both local and international suppliers
• Initiate, monitor, and successfully conclude annual contract processes
• Bring innovative perspectives to e-procurement processes and contribute with improvement proposals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
• 0–3 years of work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools with strong analytical thinking skills
• Basic knowledge of e-auction and procurement processes is a plus
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the potential to deliver presentations and training
• Willingness to travel when necessary
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Eagerness to learn, interest in digital transformation processes, and a proactive attitude toward taking responsibility
