We're Hiring: Tactical Buyer (Istanbul-based, Reporting to France HQ)

We are looking for a Tactical Buyer to join our team in Istanbul , supporting our Headquarters in France . This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strategic purchasing operations across multiple sites while driving performance and innovation.

🔍 Your Role

Reporting to the Purchasing Operations Manager , you will be responsible for:

• Managing Spot Buys and Orders up to €50k
• Conducting daily analysis of purchase requests (needs, urgency, budget)
• Executing the Spot Buy process aligned with category strategies
• Coordinating RFQs, supplier negotiations, and order placements
• Ensuring contractual compliance and timely delivery
• Supporting procurement automation and reducing spot buys
• Driving continuous improvement and change across 8 Bostik sites
• Providing backup support and reporting key purchasing KPIs

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in tactical or operational purchasing
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Familiarity with procurement systems and e-sourcing tools
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams
• Fluent in English and French
• Proactive mindset with a focus on performance and service
