We focus on rigorous academics, character formation, and personalized, faith-driven learning. Inspired by the British school tradition and rooted in Christian values, we offer a mastery-based approach that helps boys grow in wisdom, discipline, and joy. A microschool is an intentionally small school community. We have an accelerated academic program for high school students and are re recruiting a founding class for a unique aviation career pathway program.Position Summary: We are hiring a full-time Tutor and Archer Leadership Fellow to guide a small group of boys academically while learning how to manage daily school operations.
