About Us:
Trinity Arch Prep is an intentionally small Christian for boys ages 10 -17. We focus on rigorous academics, character formation, and personalized, faith-driven learning. Inspired by the British school tradition and rooted in Christian values, we offer a mastery-based approach that helps boys grow in wisdom, discipline, and joy. A microschool is an intentionally small school community. We have an accelerated academic program for high school students and are re recruiting a founding class for a unique aviation career pathway program.

Position Summary:
We are hiring a full-time Tutor and Archer Leadership Fellow to guide a small group of boys academically while learning how to manage daily school operations. This hybrid role blends one-on-one and small-group tutoring with site leadership, family communication, and program coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in middle school math, reading, writing, history, and science
• Support upper-level mathmatics for high school students.
• Mentor and support a cohort of 6–8 boys, ages 10–17
• Plan and lead afternoon enrichment in sports, chess, woodworking, and design and technology projects
• Manage daily school logistics, attendance, and communication with families,
• Host Friday online check-ins and virtual tutoring sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience
• Strong instructional skills and love of working with boys ages 10–14
• A personal commitment to Christian values and discipleship of boys

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday on site, Friday remote
• Full-time salaried position
