 Role Overview
 
 
 
 As a&nbsp;
 
 
 Key Account Manager
 
 
 , you will play a key role in strengthening Trio Mobil&rsquo;s presence in the global and local market, focusing on expanding our customer base and nurturing long-term relationships with strategic accounts in the manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong consultative sales approach and passion for technology-driven transformation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Achieve sales and KPI targets within your portfolio of strategic customers.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Turkish industrial and manufacturing ecosystem.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster trust and create long-term partnerships.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen relationships with existing customers and expand business opportunities.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and developing tailored IoT and AI-driven solution strategies.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities, present solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead and manage proposal and quotation processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of offers.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Project, and Customer Success, to ensure smooth delivery and customer success.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and actively plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities aligned with KPIs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 &bull; 3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within SaaS, IoT, or technology-driven industrial solutions.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong relationship management skills and proven success in developing long-term partnerships.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication and presentation skills in Turkish and English.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Strategic thinker with strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Willingness to travel regularly within Turkey and ability to drive actively.
