Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Moving Broker Sales Representative to join our expanding logistics team. In this role, you will be the key driver in connecting clients with reliable moving and transportation solutions, ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain. You will play a vital role in facilitating efficient transportation management, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional service to clients across various industries.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients and expand existing accounts within the moving and transportation sector.</li><li>Engage with customers to understand their logistics needs, providing tailored solutions that optimize supply chain efficiency.</li><li>Manage end-to-end account management processes, including lead generation, quoting, contract negotiation, and closing sales.</li><li>Coordinate with carriers, freight providers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.</li><li>Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), CRM software, EDI protocols, and AS400 platforms to track shipments, update records, and streamline operations.</li><li>Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms while maintaining compliance with FDA regulations and other industry standards.</li><li>Conduct data entry, dispatching, and freight planning activities to support efficient transportation sales operations.</li><li>Foster strong customer relationships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service experiences.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven success in B2B sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation management environments.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles and transportation planning strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with transportation management systems (TMS), CRM software, EDI protocols, and AS400 systems.</li><li>Familiarity with 3PL services, NVOCC operations (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), carrier sales, and logistics sales techniques.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage contracts effectively.</li><li>Experience in inside sales roles involving freight quoting, lead generation, dispatching coordination, and data entry tasks.</li><li>Understanding of FDA regulations related to shipping practices is a plus but not mandatory.
