We&rsquo;re looking for an Administrative Clerk who thrives on organization, loves a clean inbox, and can keep operations running smoother than a freshly formatted spreadsheet. You&rsquo;ll be the backbone of the office&mdash;handling day-to-day admin tasks, supporting teams, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle general administrative and clerical duties</li><li>Manage files, records, and data entry with accuracy</li><li>Answer phone calls, and email inquiries appropriately</li><li>Assist with scheduling, meetings, and office coordination</li><li>Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence</li><li>Support management and team members as needed</li><li>Maintain office supplies and basic office organization</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.</li><li>3+ years of admin/clerical experience in an office setting.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.</li><li>Local to Suffolk County (reliable transportation required&mdash;no public transit reliance).</li><li>Notary Public required</li><li>English &amp; Spanish Language required</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Hourly Wage: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience</li><li>Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with overtime as necessary.</li><li>Working Hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as necessary</li><li>Probationary Period: Three (3) months from the date of hire.</li><li>Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Other Conditions: Subject to random drug testing as per company policy.</li><li>Vacation, paid time off, and growth opportunities.</li></ul>Ready to contribute to our growing operations?
