 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ, tender drawings and specifications.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed drawings for mainly joinery &amp; interior fit out such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with MEP and site Engineer to prepare the coordinated drawing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordination &amp; preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing detailed drawing for production as per the approved drawing and coordinate with production team for accuracy of details.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Submittal package for Authority approval and manage ongoing revisions and changes as per authority norms. (Preferred)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, Diploma in Civil Eng. (Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture or Interior is Preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in using AutoCAD is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have knowledge in Space Planning Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, and specifications.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience: Min. 5-10 years of experience in residential Fit out and joinery.
