If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day!Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing outstanding customer support and assistance</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls accurately</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility</li><li>Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff and management</li><li>Perform office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and general clerical support</li><li>Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities by assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks and record keeping</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior office or clerical experience in a professional environment is highly preferred</li><li>Proven customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and personal interaction</li><li>Familiarity with office management software and computer literacy essential for daily operations</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse populations</li><li>Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and organizational tasks to ensure operational efficiency</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is advantageous</li><li>Personal assistant or administrative support experience that demonstrates strong time management and multitasking capabilities</li></ul>This role offers an energetic environment where your skills will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization.
