Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - Front desk experience preferred

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing outstanding customer support and assistance
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls accurately
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff and management
  • Perform office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and general clerical support
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions
  • Support bookkeeping activities by assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks and record keeping

Experience

  • Prior office or clerical experience in a professional environment is highly preferred
  • Proven customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and personal interaction
  • Familiarity with office management software and computer literacy essential for daily operations
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse populations
  • Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and organizational tasks to ensure operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is advantageous
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience that demonstrates strong time management and multitasking capabilities
