 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Medical Doctor or Pharmacist with proven experience as a Regional Medical Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading our medical affairs operations in the field of rare diseases.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication with all external stakeholders. Establish and maintain trusted scientific partnerships through regular, high-quality medical interactions. This is a field-based role, requiring regular on-site interactions with HCPs three days per week.
 
 
 &bull; Provide up-to-date and relevant scientific and product information to key opinion leaders and the broader medical community to foster clinical confidence and understanding.
 
 
 &bull; Map patient journeys, diagnostic practices, and treatment pathways while developing peer-to-peer relationships with relevant HCPs.
 
 
 &bull; Organize and participate in medical meetings, advisory boards, and congress-related engagements.
 
 
 &bull; Develop and implement scientific communication strategies. Support the creation and review of publications in alignment with the company&rsquo;s scientific narrative.
 
 
 &bull; Review medical communication tools, educational resources, and promotional materials for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
 
 
 &bull; Effectively communicate the medical value of the company&rsquo;s products to both internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
 &bull; Identify educational gaps among HCPs and deliver scientific, non-promotional presentations to address those needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; MD or PharmB degree,
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred),
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of rare diseases (preferred),
 
 
 &bull; Background in endocrinology, metabolism, oncology, or hematology (preferred),
 
 
 &bull; Experience in start-up environments or adaptability to fast-paced, agile settings,
 
 
 &bull; Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish,
 
 
 &bull; High level of personal discipline, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards,
 
 
 &bull; Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
 
 
 &bull; Comfortable working within a matrix management model,
 
 
 &bull; Flexibility with working hours,
 
 
 &bull; Based in Istanbul,
 
 
 &bull; For male candidates: Completion of military service (if applicable).
